First download the English version of Windows Movie Maker from the following link:

The program is directed to download the Movie Maker from Microsoft
From the original Windows Movie Maker folder in the program files copy all the files found there into a backup folder just in case of any unexpected errors
Then delete the files in the original movie maker folder. Please note that during the process the files are reinstalled automatically by windows, but will not work when clicked on.
Now install the new Windows Movie Maker from the dowload you just downloaded. The program should reinstall with English set as the original language.
This should fix the job I think!
