video effects for windows movie maker vista
Are there any add-ons/tweaks for windows movie maker?
i like using windows movie maker . but it doesn’t have as many effects as id like, for instance, it doesn’t have a backwards rewind like feature to make things go backwards., are there any tweaks or add ones i could add to WMM, on vista, or either is there any video editing software, like movie maker, that does have that and other basic options?
also, i dont need one that costs more than $45
