How do I put an after effects intro with a Windows movie maker file?

I made my introduction to the video of after effects and I made a clip on windows movie maker. I want to put the intro and clip together but not sure how to do this, help please. Thanx.

you can export the movie from after effects but i recommend rendering the composition. just select your main composition and go to composition>add to render queue. then you can change settings there and i recommend Quick Time codec. click on the links in render queue to define settings.
