Is my stressful job a risk with possible HBP?
I was recently told that for my age of 25, my blood pressure is higher then my dr. likes to see. Now I work a call center job where I take banking phone calls. Sometimes there will be someone who just ticks me off. Twice this week I have had these type of calls. On both calls I got very pissed off, I heated up, my vision became blurry, my heart was racing, and I was shaking very badly.
I know this has to be an increase in my blood pressure. So is this a bad job probably for me? Because I don’t have many options for jobs, and can’t afford to quit this one. What can I do?
try to find a less stressful job.
