What is the best video editing program for windows?
Okay, I need a video editing program that is not to pricey. I have windows vista on my computer if that helps. I just want to add music, cut parts out, do text and effects, etc. Thanks!
Try Windows Movie Maker, which comes free with Windows XP system by default. It usually locates under
C:Program FilesMovie Makermoviemk.exe
If this one doesn’t work, try some other commercial movie making software for more advanced options, for example, I use Wondershare Movie Story to make many video and upload to YouTube
