They are very safe provided that you have access to rehydrating eye drops on hand and you don’t keep them on for more than six hours. The lens’ I were have a tendancy to dry seemingly instantly in certain air conditioned areas, hence the drops. And wearing any disposable lens for more than the time recomended is stupid.
