How do you use Windows Movie Maker?
Okay, so I figured out how to make transitions, adding effects, plus title, also adding music. But for some reason it doesn’t let me Import a video.I went through everything. I use RealPlayer, do you need to use Windows Media?
Also even when I right to go to “Open With” it doesn’t have Movie Maker as an optio
Before importing video to Windows Movie Maker, make sure your videos are supported. Windows Movie Maker supports these video formats:
* Video files: .asf, .avi, .wmv
* Movie files: MPEG1, .mpeg, .mpg, .m1v, .mp2
To put other formats of videos onto Windows Movie Maker, you will have to convert those files with a file converting software such as SUPER (free download) or if you are using a good video editing software such as DVD Slideshow Builder (this is what I use) or something comparable then your files don’t have to be converted. You can just add them to the program and start from there.
