the final step that shows what it looks like is at the bottom of the page.. i want to know how to make a paint shop pro brush that will make those circle that look like that so i can use them as backgrounds and designs
i tried translating it.. but many of the things they showed i couldn’t find like the sizes/gradiants
In PSP under the Help menu, the Search tab, type Brush. The first thing they have is “Creating brush tips and presets”
