Are there any free software that I can use to add special effects and decorate my pictures?
I am looking for something to spice my pics up for my myspace account. I see a lot of pictures on peoples pages that are cute like with different color schemes, hearts, glittery words, etc. That’s what I am tryin to do. Thanx
