What Is The Best Movie Maker For Windows? (Effects,Music,Customization,ect…)?
I am looking to create a video presentation for class, but I want to make it with awesome effects,transitions,3d effects, custom introductions, music, video clips,the works…Is there any program capable of doing this? Money is not an issue as I will use the program throughout college.
