flash special effect
Fun way to take pictures/photographs. Home made special effects etc…..?
I am curious things you have done to get cool effects. Please post what you have done or think would work.
1) Home made filters?
2) Modifaction of light,flash or color of light or flash?
3) Other additonal things to get effect ie smoke,fog,water
4) Ways to take pictures to mak ethem look like they were taken in the 1800s-ish?
*please include method and setup.
Some I did tonight was take some printed veil material to make a filter and it gave a very dreamy effect.
Another was panty hose (natural/ligt tan) cut the footing end off and put it over lens. With no flash I got a great sephia like effect. I am thinking of cutting a small 1/4″ to 1/2″ hole in the middle for a spot filter.
Panty house with flash gave a very “old” picture effect. There was not much if any tan color or sephia effect but looked like an old camera took it.
