What is the best DVD Menu creator/editor around that allows you to make excellent menus for your burnt DVD’s?

Adobe Premiere is probably the best software out there, but it’s complicated and expensive. It’s really for the professional, who’s selling DVDs (such as those filming weddings, concerts, sporting events, etc).

If you’re just doing it for a spot of fun, with a few home movies to send to friends and family, Cyberlink PowerProducer is fine. It’s pretty cheap (I bought it £40), and easy to use. I set up a few attractive but simple menus on the DVD, and it worked fine.
