custom effects for windows movie maker
the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.. help?
i tried installing custom speed effects for windows movie maker, but it came up with that notice that i hate to see ¬¬.
do you know how to change it and let me install it?
or do you know something else i could install to change the speed of clips in windows movie maker? just my project has to be in on wednesday and i’m completely stuck. please help many thanks x
You have to change the Active Directory settings.
Is this a shared computer (from an orgnisation) – if yes, then you should contact the administrator or unless its called network hacking, which im not going to discuss it…
However, if it is a home computer, then you should either change your account type (control panel -> User account -> change type to administrator), or if you want more details, you should checkout the Local Policies in the Administrative Tools folder in control panel.
One more thing – since Windows Movie Maker is builtin application into Windows, its really hard to configure it outside of the application, so no way of “getting round” this problem 
If none works, hit the browser and search for other similiar application (personally i prefer Sony Vegas 8.0).
